Ariha, a Senior Recruitment Consultant on our Fundraising Team, joined as a Trainee in March 2022 and works with a broad range of charities as part of her role. She has been building long-term relationships with clients and candidates here at Prospectus.
She is keen to share her knowledge and expertise with the sector. She has previously spoken at a major donor training session focusing on recruitment and retention in philanthropy teams. She is also involved in creating resources, such as – blogposts, videos etc. focusing on fundraising recruitment that hiring teams can utilise.
Ariha enjoys working on a variety of roles. Some of her appointments include – Corporate Partnerships Manager at Big Issue Group, Direct Marketing Manager at Greenpeace, Partnerships Manager at Wimbledon Foundation, Head of Fundraising at 999 Club.
