Our temporary service includes
- Temporary workers available either virtually or in the office.
- Temporary workers available on an hourly basis to suit the changing needs of your organisation, from several hours to ongoing.

- Support and guidance to successfully interview and onboard new employees face to face or virtually.
All of our candidates meet our stringent aptitude testing benchmarks and referencing procedures, including:
- Interview with a consultant
- Skills and aptitude testing
- A full reference check
- DBS check (where appropriate)
Our teams
Charity Core
Our Charity Core team can support you at short notice for any role in your organisation, from administration and reception through to specialist finance, marketing or operational roles.
Education
Our Education team have access to a specialist vetted pool of candidates with expertise across SITS databases, VLE platforms (Moodle and Canvas) as well as admissions, programmes and course administration.
Fundraising
It could be a short term support for a capital appeal campaign, or expert resource to leverage your fundraising database, we can support you with expert temporary support for any fundraising specialism.
Frontline
Our frontline team can support you with temporary or long term cover to support your beneficiaries across a broad range of needs including domestic violence, benefits advice, case workers and service managers.
