Partnerships
We partner with organisations and initiatives within the not-for-profit sector to combine our knowledge and resources for more effective solutions to social challenges. These collaborations help amplify impact within the sector, driving progress to bring about positive change in communities. Take a look at our current partnerships below.

We are proud to partner with UK Community Foundations (UKCF) providing advice, guidance and expertise to UKCF and their members on recruiting and retaining diverse and talented team members.
Impetus Leadership Programme

The Impetus Leadership Academy, is a professional development programme supporting talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
Charity Governance Awards
Prospectus is a proud key partner to the Charity Governance Awards, which is an exciting not-for-profit initiative created to celebrate outstanding governance and trusteeship in charities across the UK, allowing large and small not-for-profit organisations to inspire and learn from one another.
Show the Salary
We support the Show the Salary campaign and have signed the pledge to show the salary in role advertisements. Research shows that by advertising the salary for a role it helps improve application rates for women, Black people and people of colour as well as increasing the salary rate they are offered for a role, which will support closing the salary gap.
Prospectus signed the pledge in October 2020.
Charityworks
Charityworks – the UK beyond profit sector’s graduate programme, open to all charities wanting to find great graduate talent in an affordable way. They recruit talented graduates from UK universities, receiving over 5,500 applications each year, to undertake a 12-month real role at a beyond profit organisation, and deliver an acclaimed leadership development programme contextualised to the sector. In 2020 Charityworks leapt from 7% to 30% people of colour representation this year, and at the moment the cohort is shaping up to look more than 1 in 2 people of colour.
