We love to help people secure their first Chief Executive Officer role, and support them in exploring the transferable experiences and skills they often don’t realise they have.

In our Aspiring Leader’s webinar, we were joined by three fantastic charity sector leaders who are all at different points of their leadership journey and who bring invaluable advice and insights.

Peter and Marcia who are both first time CEO’s shared insight into what their journey has been like. Jane also added her insight into the particular challenges of being a new leader in what can be an isolating role and how important and valuable it is to have networks of your peers who can walk alongside you on that journey (and vice versa.)

Together we explored all aspects of what it means to become and be, a Chief Executive in the not-for-profit sector.
