Jacob joined the Prospectus team in 2024 and is a Senior Recruitment Support Officer. Prior to Prospectus, he spent a year in hospitality recruitment, sourcing temporary staff for high-profile events and leading venues across London.
In his current role, Jacob provides vital operational support to consultants, helping to enhance collaboration and efficiency across the organisation. His work is varied and fast-paced, ranging from crafting engaging job adverts and managing compliance processes to identifying exceptional talent within the not-for-profit sector. He is particularly passionate about embedding inclusivity and genuine care into the recruitment journey, reflecting the core values of Prospectus.
Outside of work, Jacob studies politics and is an avid reader. He also enjoys spending time tending to his ever-growing collection of houseplants.
