We know 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, not least workers who had to navigate uncertainty in their jobs. To better understand what it was like to work as a temporary worker, we spoke to Ambreen Rashid. Ambreen was a temporary worker with us throughout 2020 and she talks us through the high and lows of her year. From losing her contract and going on furlough, to finding a new role with us and looking forward to what opportunities 2021 has in store, it makes for an insightful watch.
