With over ten years of experience working within the recruitment sector, Nick is Team Leader of Temporary Recruitment, leading the delivery of interim and temporary staffing solutions across the not‑for‑profit and public sectors. He works closely with clients to understand urgent and complex workforce needs, providing high‑quality temporary talent to support service continuity, change projects and short‑term capacity gaps. Alongside managing key client relationships, Nick supports and develops his team to deliver a responsive, candidate‑led service.
Nick brings a strong understanding of talent attraction, having previously worked within the advertising team, alongside workforce planning expertise. He combines hands‑on recruitment experience with a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach, working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure temporary placements are well‑matched, well‑supported and effective from day one.
He began his career at one of the UK’s largest job boards before moving into recruitment consultancy, and later worked at a leading social work publication, supporting fostering and adoption agencies with recruitment advertising.
Nick has a genuine passion for supporting organisations that create opportunities for young people and communities from less fortunate backgrounds.
