Haydn has 17 years of recruitment experience across the Social Care and charity sector. He currently leads our temp team and recruits for temporary positions up to senior management level within the not-for-profit sector.
Haydn was previously at Working Chance where he worked with women care leavers between the ages of 18-25 and supported them into career-defining apprenticeships and employment and mentoring them to attain their full potential. Haydn has also worked with women ex-offenders and used his recruitment experience to support and assist them on their journey back in to work.
