Prospectus – Non-Executive Director appointments


We are really delighted and excited to announce the appointment of Fudia Smartt and Steph Cutler as NEDs at Prospectus. We look forward to their contribution to our future success through their experiences, knowledge and indeed in challenging our thinking whilst embracing our values of Community, Collaboration and Trust.

Fudia Smartt

Fudia Smartt is a Partner at Spencer West LLP. She joined the firm in September 2019, having previously been Partner at a boutique employment practice in Chancery Lane. Her previous work experience includes practising in highly regarded employment teams at both Russell Cooke LLP (a top 100 London firm) and City firm Fox Williams LLP.

Fudia regularly acts for SMEs in numerous sectors such as tech and marketing/advertising and has previous experience of working with charities as clients having sat within the charities team at Russell Cooke LLP.

Steph Cutler

Steph founded her disability equality consultancy, Making Lemonade in 2007. Steph delivers services to the social, public and private sectors. Typically assisting Head of Services and HR professionals to take imaginative approaches to diversity and inclusion issues. She also works with organisations as an associate trainer/consultant and is a ‘critical friend’ to organisations on engagement and inclusion matters.
