Candidate Motivations and Expectations Survey 2023

As recruiters, we are currently having more conversations than ever between candidates and hiring managers, bridging the gap between them. To aid these discussions, we’ve launched a survey focused on your career priorities.

This is our second such survey, following our first edition in 2022. Our goal is to revisit this topic one year later, in order to make sure that we’re still in-step with candidate’s motivations and expectations.

Through this survey, we will provide a detailed analysis in areas such as job functions, industries, and salary levels, offering valuable insights and helping to facilitate discussions with hiring managers about topics like flexible work arrangements and salary.

We encourage you to share this survey with your colleagues and contacts to maximise participation. Rest assured, it’s completely anonymous, and we’ll share the results in the coming weeks. You can also opt to receive a copy of the report when it’s published.
