Trusts and Foundations Manager

Prospectus were invited to lead on the recruitment of a Trusts and Foundations Manager for The Cares Family, a pivotal role within their Development Team. The Cares Family have grown over the past five years from working solely in London to a group of six charities working in five city locations with a major national presence. The successful candidate would need to be excited, not daunted by the organisations growth in income, impact, and influence which had developed at a pace.

After taking a detailed brief from the Director of Development, Prospectus led a comprehensive and exhaustive search with a spotlight on London, Liverpool and Manchester. The candidate focus was on those with substantial trusts and grants experience who had ideally worked with programme teams and at a national level.

The selected candidate joined The Cares Family in July 2023 having previously worked for a Refugee charity, bringing with them a plethora of fundraising experience and in particular significant Trusts and Foundations income generation.
