Prospect Researcher Lead

Prospectus were invited by The Advocacy Academy to be an exclusive partner in recruitment to their Income Generation team, including a new Prospect Researcher Lead position. The Advocacy Academy works towards empowering young people to take social justice into their own hands and create meaningful campaigns for change.

With a new Commercial Director in post the income generation team was growing and there was need for their first Prospect Researcher Lead, who would lead donor pipeline generation and support the team to expand its income generation capabilities.

Prospectus worked with The Advocacy Academy to advise and create the role criteria and market positioning to make it competitive. We then undertook a detailed search with a focus on candidates who had prospect research experience and who aligned with the organisation’s cause and values. 

The selected candidate had worked for social justice organisations previously within prospect research and started with the organisation in September 2023.
