Prospectus first came into contact with National AIDS Trust to support with the recruitment of an Interim Senior Policy position. Our buoyant interim pools ensured we were able to deliver a diverse range of candidates for consideration for this position within a short timeframe. The Interim market is incredibly vibrant but can sometimes present challenges as permanent opportunities offer increased security. A few days before our interim was due to start, we were informed that they had received an incredible offer for a permanent position and could no longer commit to the appointment.  

Disappointing for all parties involved, this enhanced Prospectus’ commitment to ensure that the appointment was fulfilled. We re-engaged the market and our networks and within a shorter timeframe than we had initially, we presented a handful of newly engaged candidates. From this, and an efficient round of interviews, a new interim candidate was appointed that joined shortly after.  

At Prospectus, we have built strong engaged networks of contractors, interims and temporary workers that can support across a diverse range of functions. We continue to build this pool and widen our reach across the third sector to find solutions to an ever-developing set of needs. This allows us to be nimble, adaptable and supply workers for any requirement.   

Beyond this point, we supported the organisation secure a range of permanent members of staff including Director of Policy, Research and Influencing, Director of Fundraising, Senior Policy, Research and Influence Manager and a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager. This work spanned across several teams at Prospectus, maintaining the same level of quality and service throughout.
