UK charity employment has been falling at a fast rate because of the pandemic, so how do you successfully navigate this landscape? In October we hosted a free event with Pyrotalks CIC which offered professional recruiter guidance and advice on equity in recruitment, job searching, wellbeing and recruitment support during this challenging time for the sector.
Our equity in recruitment session was hosted by Kiran Bhangal, Prospectus’ Associate Director of Advertising, Linda Griffiths, Prospectus’ Associate Director of Executive Search and Tesse Akpeki, Founder of the Wellbeing & Resilience Leadership Initiative who shared their journey of equity in recruitment. We covered the challenges they’ve faced both personally and professionally as well as looking at what opportunities we now have in a changing working environment.
