Speakers

Natasha is an Account Manager on the Advertising team, providing administrative support to the team whilst developing relationships with an array of clients in the not for profit sector.
Prior to this, Natasha graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy. During her studies she worked in event marketing and management. Here she assisted on experiential campaigns and growing social media engagement for brands across music festivals, fashion shows and sporting events.
Natasha is passionate about mental health and accessibility. In her spare-time she reaches out to charities to establish how she could best support them, from marathons and fundraising balls to directly working with young creatives from local non-profit organisations through the creation of event placements.

Nick has been working within the recruitment sector for over 10 years. Starting his career at one of the largest UK Job Boards before briefly becoming a recruitment consultant. Prior to joining Prospectus, he worked at a Social Work publication primarily assisting fostering and adoption agencies with recruitment advertising.
As Client Partner – Advertising on the Talent Attraction team, Nick is the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders seeking advice on talent acquisition strategies. He has expertise in digital attraction tools, including media buying, digital advertising, microsites, and social media, supporting a diverse client portfolio with their talent needs nationwide.
Having previously worked in the social work sector, Nick has a real passion for helping young people from less fortunate backgrounds get the opportunities they deserve.
