Prospectus is proud to partner with BVSC (Birmingham Voluntary and Social Council) providing advice, guidance and expertise to BVSC and their network on recruiting and retaining diverse and talented team members.
By partnering with BVSC, we’re able to combine our knowledge and resources for more effective solutions to social challenges in the West Midlands. These collaborations help amplify impact within the not-for-profit sector, driving progress to bring about positive change in communities.
BVSC aims to support a vibrant and resilient voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector which in turn ensures:
- citizens are supported to contribute to, and benefit from, civil society,
- VCFSE organisations have access to the knowledge and resources needed to achieve their aims,
- the sector is influential as a force for positive change,
- BVSC is an independent, effective, inclusive, and sustainable organisation.
BVSC’s strength comes from working in partnership with the voluntary, community, public and private sectors to develop effective responses to current challenges and to engage citizens in an exciting journey towards a better, stronger future.
Through their Charity Jobs West Midlands website, BVSC aims to provide a platform for all non-profits which includes charities, social enterprises, faith organisations and community organisations to advertise their job vacancies. They offer competitive pricing packages to suit all budgets and dedicated support and advice to help organisations through the process of making online submissions. BVSC understands the importance of finding candidates who are not only qualified but also passionate about the region’s causes, making our partnership the perfect match.
