Prospectus is delighted to be supporting Essex & Herts Air Ambulance in the search for a Philanthropy Manager to join the growing fundraising team. Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity and is a free life-saving service that is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.

The Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for securing income from major donors for a range of projects and wider fundraising needs. This role will work end to end from prospecting to relationship building, and securing income with individual donors capable of givign five, six, or seven-figure gifts. The Philanthropy Manager will also need to build key ointernal stakeholder relationships, to identify and build fundraising and donor propositions.

To be successful as the Philanthropy Manager, you will have proven experience of building relationships with high value donors or senior stakeholders. This person will have existing fundraising expereince in either major gifts, trusts and foundations, or other high value income streams. They will be confident working as a team, but also building relationships autonomously to secure funding.
