The REC Awards celebrates the best in UK recruitment and the entry process is exclusively for Recruitment & Employment Confederation members, and the categories recognise both individual achievement and company-wide success.
Winning an REC Award is the most prestigious industry recognition an individual or company can achieve. The award night showcases the outstanding achievements from in-house recruiters, agencies to start-ups and multinationals alike.
The category Diversity Initiative of the Year is about creating an accepting, inclusive and educated culture to not only reduce the chances of discrimination, but to also allow all employees to feel welcome, safe and valued. This award is aimed at companies that have successfully demonstrated diversity and inclusivity on multiple levels within their organisation and we recently submitted our entry evidencing the steps we have taken to achieve this.
We understand our leadership role as recruiters and advisors in building diverse and inclusive organisations, and challenge and champion diversity and inclusion at all levels both externally and internally. We have some fantastic initiatives across Prospectus and we look forward to the award night in November for an evening of recognition, glamour, fun and celebrations!
