Lauren joined in March 2022 as a Talent Executive, helping with the recruitment of Talent within Prospectus. Her focus is supporting the growth of the business, with an emphasis on inclusivity.
Previous to joining Prospectus, Lauren spent 13 years working in agency and internal recruitment both in the UK and Australia, where she also spent time working for the Northern Territory Government supporting Indigenous Australians to gain employment skills.
Having also worked as a Prison Officer, Lauren is passionate about helping those with criminal convictions into employment, and was able to do this having previously worked for Working Chance, a charity that supports women with convictions into work.
