Robert has been a key consultant with Prospectus for over 20 years. For the past 10 of those, Robert has worked exclusively with leading Trusts, Foundations and Grant-making organisations in the UK, placing Head of Grants, Grants Programme Managers, Grants Managers, Funding Managers, Officers & Administrators in addition to Communications, Finance, HR and Digital specialists within the Funding and Philanthropy world.
In addition to over 28 years of recruitment experience, Robert has played a key role in setting up a number of employability initiatives and career development programmes with clients supporting disadvantaged groups, including partnering through Prospectus with Thames Reach homelessness charity, on a one-year capacity building programme with their employability team.
Robert loves working closely with clients to build strong and collaborative teams with consistency, transparency and a strong commitment to promoting equality and diversity for all.
Outside of work, Robert has a keen interest in politics, current affairs and social justice, in addition to being a keen home cook, amateur tennis enthusiast and a food & music lover.
