Anna has been recruiting senior staff for beyond profit clients since 2009, focusing on securing quality talent at Chief Executive, Director and Board level.
Anna has a wide range of experience, from recruiting Chief Executives for social justice organisations, such as Citizens Advice, to grant making organisations including a range of community foundations, to community led organisations such as Home-Start UK. As a result, she draws on the unique elements of each organisation, with a focus on value alignment.
Anna has supported senior leaders to restructure their teams to create greater impact and she brings a strong track record of recruiting a breadth of Director roles, together with a strong understanding of income generation, having previously led Prospectus’s award-winning Fundraising Team.
Anna is a member of Prospectus’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. In her spare time, she volunteers with her local Riding for the Disabled Association organisation, working with young people experience a range of disabilities to increase their confidence and facilitating the Board with their development.
Anna is experienced at working with clients to ensure a highly inclusive experience for candidates, using innovative approaches. She is passionate about true inclusion and supporting clients to create environments that support candidates to achieve their best, including those taking a step up in their careers.
