He works with Chair, CEOs, and People Directors on senior executive and board appointments, advising on the development of high-performing, diverse leadership teams. His work spans organisations across the UK and global impact sectors, including foundations, NGOs, social enterprises, charities, grant makers and membership bodies.

He has a strong track record in delivering complex senior appointments, including Chief Executives and Chairs, as well as building Boards, and is a trusted partner to clients navigating leadership transition, growth and change. Børge brings deep knowledge of the non-profit and purpose-led landscape, alongside a clear understanding of the leadership challenges it presents, particularly balancing mission, resource constraints and stakeholder expectations. His approach is structured and thoughtful, with a focus on judgement, values and long-term fit as well as experience.

Børge is a Trustee of the Anne Frank Trust UK and leads on inclusion at Prospectus, supporting both internal initiatives and client work to strengthen diversity and equity at leadership level. He regularly convenes senior leaders to explore sector challenges and values building relationships that extend beyond individual assignments.

Before joining Prospectus, Børge began his career as a journalist and worked on election campaigns in Norway. He studied Politics at Norway’s Arctic University in Tromsø and holds an MSc in International Relations from the University of Bristol. He has also lived and studied in the United States.

Børge is motivated by the role leadership plays in shaping a more sustainable and equitable society. He works with organisations where purpose is central and is proud that Prospectus is part of the global B Corporation community, using business as a force for good.
