As a Non-Executive Director at Prospectus, Ian is a passionate advocate of recruitment and finding and developing talent within our great sector. With over 20 years’ experience building teams and specialisms in the beyond profit recruitment sector, Ian has championed a focus on cause and sector-related specialisms that align with individual interests. During his tenure as Managing Director, Ian grew the Recruitment Practice, focusing on building client relationships and through strategic leadership and the development of our people. As well as a shareholder, Ian now supports the business in a governance and advisory capacity.
