What is it like to be a Young Trustee?

Good governance helps to make organisations truly exceptional. Having a board with the right talent, diversity of skills, experience and perspective is essential to making good governance a reality. By appointing young Trustees onto boards, charities are able to ensure diversity whilst also challenging perceptions, broadening ambitions and bringing a different outlook to the table. We spoke with some of our team members currently serving as young Trustees to get their perspective on what young people can bring to boards.
