Having worked in recruitment for the last four years, Rhiannon has worked across temporary, contract and permanent positions within the commercial and beyond profit sectors. Truly finding her passion within the beyond profit sector, she has specialised in supporting amazing fundraisers find their dream opportunities and worked with a range of organisations across the sector.
Rhiannon is focused on building meaningful relationships within the beyond for profit sector, striving to find impactful partnerships between candidates and clients by understanding their needs and ambitions.
Continuing her passion for the beyond profit sector outside of work, Rhiannon has volunteered for Young Women’s Trust, Ambitious About Autism, and Skillshare International. Projects have included reviewing CVs and job applications for women looking to find employment, teaching on the prevention of HIV/AIDs, and diversifying recruitment processes.
