Lottie joined Prospectus in 2015 and leads the Executive Search and Board Appointments team. She partners with charities and other beyond profit organisations to engage and appoint Directors, CEOs and across all Board Appointments. Lottie is committed to delivering excellent outcomes for clients and candidates and ensures an inclusive and consultative process. Lottie is motivated to improve governance to deliver impact, and is a passionate advocate for increased diversity and more inclusive boards and leadership teams. Lottie is a member of Prospectus’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Lottie values high quality Research and previously led Prospectus Executive Search Research team.
Lottie is a Trustee for Futures Theatre and is also a Charityworks mentor and volunteer.
Before Prospectus, Lottie studied Fine Art at University and started her career at Christie’s, the Fine Art Auction House. She then moved into graduate recruitment where she managed recruitment projects across multiple sectors, including a secondment to the global media and entertainment organisation NBCUniversal where she led on senior internal hires.
