Jess joined as a Trainee on the Higher Education team in 2023, specialising in recruitment support for the higher education sector.
Prior to this, she graduated with a master’s in psychology. She has experience working within Education, specifically working with children with special educational needs and neurodiversity. Within this role she experienced the importance of understanding others and working collaboratively.
Jess is passionate about education, SEN and ensuring equal opportunities are guaranteed at every stage of an educational career. She is looking forward to building on her knowledge of the education system, and matching exceptional candidates with great roles within Higher Education.
