Harjit joined Prospectus as an Executive Search Consultant following nearly 15 years working in fundraising at various organisations, from research led medical charities, national service delivery organisations and most recently she was Director of Fundraising at a Children’s Hospice.
Since moving into Executive Search Harjit has completed Chief Executive and Director level appointments for organisations such as Mission44 (recently launched by Sir Lewis Hamilton), Disability Law Service and The Social Innovation Partnership.
With a passion for helping to increase access to opportunities particularly for people from underserved communities, she is highly committed to delivering excellent outcomes for clients and candidates.
Outside of work Harjit enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with her young children.
