Femke graduated from Cardiff University (BSc in Social Science & Psychology) and has since worked in education & charity recruitment. Femke has been committed to the charity sector by volunteering throughout her education and career to date.
After joining Prospectus as a Recruitment Consultant on the Fundraising Team, and now as a Principal Consultant, Femke has expertise in supporting across income streams and specialises in supporting organisations and candidates within international development, humanitarian, human rights, children & families and Higher Education sectors.
Volunteering projects include: training as a Healthy Start Mentor (Family Lives) to provide an 8 week healthy eating programme for children under 5, residential ‘Thrive Outside’ programme with disadvantaged children (Free to be Kids) and ‘Growing Wellbeing’ gardening and mindfulness project (Mind).
