Anna began her career working in Fundraising at a national disability charity for two years, before joining Prospectus in 1997. Over the following eight years she worked on permanent recruitment, managing and developing the team for six years, before leaving at the end of 2004 to undertake a volunteer project abroad with Raleigh International.
On her return, Anna worked back in the beyond profit sector working for two years in a management role at an outward bound centre for people with disabilities based in Devon, before becoming a Vocational Development Manager at a training provider based in East London, helping young people not in employment, education or training into work-based learning.
Returning to Prospectus in 2014 to join the Executive Search team, Anna has been successfully leading on Director and Chief Executive searches over the last 10 years. Recent clients include Living Streets; Cruse Bereavement; Unicef UK; The Advocacy Project; Thrive; London Community Foundation; Berkshire Women’s Aid and Big Win Philanthropy.
Anna brings a genuine passion for the not-for-profit sector and is committed to sourcing and promoting excellent leadership into the sector.
