Tammy is a Project Consultant within the Executive Search team at Prospectus. Since joining the company in 2023, she has brought her expertise to a range of roles, starting in the Higher Education sector and later supporting temporary and contract recruitment across the wider not-for-profit landscape. Now part of the Executive Search team, Tammy plays a key role in research and administrative support for senior leadership appointments across the charity sector.
She is particularly passionate about working with organisations that champion arts and culture, women and children, and global development. Her commitment to social impact is rooted in her early career in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she worked in public art and community development. This experience deepened her belief in the power of collaboration, networking, and skill-sharing to drive meaningful change.
Tammy holds a BA in Fine Arts and an MA in Cultural Policy and Management, with a focus on arts education advocacy. She remains dedicated to using the arts as a tool for social inclusion and spends her volunteer days working with arts organisations that provide creative and learning opportunities for adults with various learning disabilities.
