Shannon is an experienced Senior Consultant with over eight years in recruitment, including six years specialising in the charity sector both as a recruiter and as a Fundraiser. She supports a broad portfolio of clients with permanent and fixed-term contract roles across core disciplines, with a particular specialism in Finance.
She thrives on building strong, lasting relationships and partnering with hiring managers to solve challenges and develop teams that are equipped for long‑term success. Shannon has a deep passion for the not‑for‑profit sector and is committed to helping charities achieve their goals. She also brings niche expertise in the faith sector, alongside valuable lived experience relating to mental health.
