Before transitioning into recruitment, Harjit had a successful 15 year career in fundraising working in various organisations, from research-led medical charities, national service delivery organisations including Regional Fundraising Manager at Alzheimer’s Society and Director of Fundraising at Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice.
