Fundraising Officer

The Clock Tower Sanctuary (CTS) is Brighton & Hove’s only day centre for 16-25-year-olds who are homeless or insecurely housed. Their clients are either rough sleeping or living in temporary accommodation which leaves them vulnerable to exploitation, violence and abuse. Through one-to-one case-working, CTS support their clients to identify a pathway out of their situations so that they can look forward to more positive futures.   

The Fundraising Officer was a newly created position, in a small friendly and ambitious team, that would help to build on the successful income generated from Trusts & Foundations, corporate partners, community organisations and individual supporters.  

They were looking for someone with experience in one of the above income streams, but ideally Trusts and Foundations, as a large part of the role would be submitting applications to relevant funders.  

The successful candidate was finishing up a fruitful Fundraising Assistant internship with English Heritage, and with a few Trust and Foundations applications under their belt, was more than ready to step into the Fundraising Officer role.
