Prospectus was appointed to deliver a two-role executive search campaign for The Access Project, which included a Director, Sales and Partnerships. This was a newly formed role that was to focus on income generation growth and the growth of school sales to support the growing impact of The Access Project.

Prospectus created a bespoke microsite for this campaign and lead a detailed and through search across our networks to shortlist a range of excellent candidates. With detailed preliminary interviews and a bespoke robust recruitment process, we were able to appoint Miguel Herdade.
