Prospectus is delighted to announce the appointment of Mohamed Osman as Chief Executive of Spring Impact. He first joined the organisation in 2020 as UK Director, developing and leading the UK’s office strategy and operations, as well as overseeing a portfolio of domestic and international projects.
Spring Impact is a global non-profit on a mission to scale social impact, so that great ideas change more lives. It partners with mission-driven charities, social enterprises and funders tackling the toughest social problems around the world – from homelessness to extreme poverty.
Mohamed has 20 years of experience of building partnerships, implementing and scaling programs in global health, social enterprise and humanitarian assistance across 25 countries. Previously Global Grants Director at Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF), Mohamed spent a decade growing the Foundation to become one of the foremost independent AIDS charities in the world.
He succeeds Dan Berelowitz, Spring Impact’s Founder and outgoing Chief Executive. Commenting on the transition, Dan Berelowitz, said:
