The Royal College of Nursing are the world’s largest nursing union and professional body, representing more than 465,000 nurses, nursing students, midwives and nursing support workers in the UK and internationally. As a member-led organisation, the RCN works collaboratively with their members to influence governments and other bodies, improve working conditions and campaign on issues to raise the profile of the nursing community.
Prospectus was appointed to partner with The Royal College of Nursing and lead the search for a new Chair of their Group Audit Committee, a critical position providing independent and effective leadership to the Group Audit Committee and overseeing all governance, financial reporting processes, risk management and controls affecting every aspect of the organisation.

The successfully appointed candidate is a Chartered Accountant and Partner at EY offering 23 years of experience across finance, technology and cloud solutions. They have a passion for social justice and making a difference and lead on EY UK&I Diversity & Inclusion programmes, empowering internal staff and external stakeholders to drive positive change.
