HR Manager
Right to Succeed is a collective impact charity that works to deliver place-based educational change in areas of poverty, because they believe every child deserves the right to succeed no matter where they live.
The overall purpose of the HR Manager role is to deliver HR administration and advise and oversee all HR processes. This includes processing new starters and leavers, managing and monitoring absence, identifying and providing training and support, and ensuring managers comply with legal requirements. The postholder would also assist with performance management and appraisals. Being able to spot potential issues and raising concerns to the COO is an important part of this role alongside providing reports when required.
The appointed candidate had extensive experience in all areas of generalist HR including employee relations, recruitment, policy development, change management, L&D and culture design. They were also experienced in leading complex organisation wide projects and operating at both an operational and strategic level.
