Prospectus were instructed by the excellent leadership team at Right To succeed to recruit a new CDO to generate income and galvanise the team to deliver a new strategy. A place-based and values-led youth engagement organisation, Right To Succeed needed support in crafting, finalising and delivering every aspect of the job description and the Prospectus team supported the recruitment at every planning and live stage.

The search was exhaustive and encompassed the entirety of the UK, with a focus on fundraising leadership talent in Manchester and Liverpool. RTS’s work is about to expand nationally, so an appointment that was geographically central in the UK and had access to Manchester and Liverpool was critical.

The selected candidate begins in post in the middle of May 2023 and brings a broad range of development leadership, social care worker experience, and fundraising track record to support Graeme Duncan (CEO) and the Board to achieve ambitious targets for the future.
