Data Manager
Power to Change were seeking a Data Manager with a passion for data and knowledge of Salesforce. After securing a £150 million investment from The National Lottery Community Fund, Power to Change was working with community businesses to revive local assets, protect the services people rely on and address local needs.
The overall purpose of this role was to champion best practice, ensure compliance and accuracy, and promote user engagement and training. The role would also oversee the programme of work to optimise Salesforce to achieve efficiencies the software offers and derive new insights. The postholder would project manage Salesforce upgrades, drive user adoption and encourage ownership across the business. They would also need to use their GDPR knowledge to help create a strategic plan of what to do with the captured data once the programme has finished.
Power to Change appointed a candidate with years of data analysis and management experience across the charity, government health and private sector. They had experience of effectively engaging with a range of CRM systems, SQL databases, and can use advanced Excel skills to capture, quality control and transform high volumes of sensitive data across technical workflows. They were also confident in delivering complex analysis reporting for wider strategic decision making and performance monitoring.
