Plan International UK is a global children’s charity working in more than 50 countries across the globe. Prospectus were approached by Plan International UK to support with the recruitment of a Programme Specialist. The purpose of this role is to support the effective delivery of the disasters and emergencies programming as well as spearheading the development and management of a significant part of Plan International UK’s disasters grants portfolio. This includes facilitating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and representing the organisation with institutional donors and partners. The role also involves managing, monitoring and evaluating projects, with a key focus on child protection and gender equality in a geographical area including West Africa – particularly Nigeria – and the Middle East region.
With a need for a quick turnaround and immediate start, Prospectus provided a range of suitable programmes and operational candidates with experience covering temporary and permanent assignments, consultancy and in-house.
