Dementia UK are the specialist dementia nursing charity that provides services to support the whole family and has the long term goal of working towards a day where no one has to face dementia alone. We have been a long term partner for a number of years and were pleased to provide them with a longlisting solution.

Initially, Dementia UK had been out with an advertisement directly for a Clinical Effectiveness Administrator vacancy. They had a significant number of applications growing into the hundreds and recognised how much time it would take to review and select candidate’s profiles effectively. In consultation with the hiring team, we suggested our efficient and cost effective longlisting process which would allow Prospectus to take the initial CV review and processing time off Dementia UK’s HR team’s hands. 

Whilst we focused the over 700 applications towards a more manageable number and selected candidates who matched the JD and brief closest, their team could carry on with other priorities.  From the 700, we shortlisted within 48hrs down to 75 candidates for Dementia UK’s HR team to select from. For the most effective approach, Prospectus conducted the longlisting seamlessly via Dementia UK’s Applicant Tracking System.

Following the recruitment campaign, Dementia UK have now recruited to the Clinical Effectiveness Administrator position with the expert engagement and quality of service desired.
