Cochrane were looking for new Senior HR Advisor to join their team and work across HR projects with a particular focus on recruitment matters and spearhead delivery of high-level HR advisory work within the related legal framework. The successful candidate would support on strategic HR functions such as the establishment of current and future workforce plans and the identification of HR’s strategic priorities. Furthermore, the new Senior Human Resources Advisor will act as primary contact on HR queries, will ensure accuracy of payroll data, and will oversee employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion matters.
The successful candidate was an associate CIPD HR generalist with extensive HR experience. They are committed to understanding how skills and experience can be leveraged across a business to achieve optimum effectiveness, and thrives in fast-paced and challenging environments.
