Brooke is the world’s largest working equine welfare organisation, with headquarters in the U.K. and offices in Africa, Asia and Central America. They make both immediate and long-term changes to transform the health and welfare of vulnerable animals, working with communities to prevent welfare issues, training local health providers to support them, and influencing policymakers to improve welfare laws.

The Brief

The organisation urgently required a temporary Finance Assistant to support income processing and reconciliation during a period of staff absence. With work needing to continue uninterrupted and an immediate turnaround required, Brooke reached out to Prospectus based on our long-standing relationship and proven ability to deliver fast, high-quality support.

Our Approach

We prioritised candidates with charity finance experience, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with CRM and supporter databases.
