Jacob joined the Prospectus team in 2024 as a Recruitment Support Officer. Prior to joining the team, he worked a year-long tenure in hospitality recruitment, where he sourced temporary staff for prominent events across London.
Jacob’s role at Prospectus involves delivering operational support to consultants. From scheduling interviews to crafting compelling advertisements and facilitating candidate onboarding, he ensures a seamless processes for all. He is also passionate about EDI being strongly reflected in the recruitment processes.
In his spare time Jacob is an avid reader, particularly around history and politics. He also takes regular care of his jungle of houseplants.
