James’ career in recruitment started in the care charity sector before transitioning to the tech and food manufacturing industries. James joined Prospectus as a Team Assistant for the Executive Search team, supporting with critical administrative tasks for leadership and board appointments. James was promoted to Project Consultant, working closely with the Principal Consultants to deliver high-quality search services and find and support exceptional candidates in the process.
James leads on research and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. He is focused on finding ways to improve processes and create a more efficient and seamless recruitment experience. Outside of work, James enjoys travelling, music, and sports, and is passionate about Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, as well as mental health awareness.
