After graduating with a degree in English Literature & Business studies, Jane began her career in Travel and Events Management, predominantly in the charity sector, before joining Prospectus in 2005. Initially working on Temporary and Permanent appointments, Jane then moved to the Executive team, specialising in Senior appointments across all disciplines including fundraising, grant-making and finance.
After working and living in New York City, Jane has now returned to the Executive Search Team, focusing on securing quality talent at Chief Executive, Director and Board level.
Jane has volunteered in a wide range of roles over the last twenty years, including Fundraising, Volunteer coordination and Youth reading schemes, as well as working with New York Cares in Manhattan on projects supporting seniors and immigration. Jane is a regular volunteer with a local food bank, set up during the Pandemic and is excited to start a new mentoring programme with a Foundation who supports young people who are facing significant barriers to the labour market.
Jane is a proactive and driven recruiter who is passionate about equality and diversity and has combined her corporate and beyond-profit experience to develop positive client and candidate relationships.
