For over 70 years, we have been working across the UK and internationally to connect talented people with not-for-profit organisations.

We are looking for a Project Consultant to join our Executive Search Team, supporting the delivery of high-profile Chief Executive, Director-level and Board appointments across the sector. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, consultative environment, gaining exposure to senior leadership appointments and playing an important role in identifying and engaging exceptional leaders who drive meaningful change.

As a key member of the Executive Search team, you will support Senior Consultants and Principals to deliver successful search assignments. You will undertake research, support candidate engagement, coordinate key elements of the search process and contribute to providing an excellent experience for clients and candidates.

This role would suit someone looking to develop a career in executive search, with the opportunity to build expertise in research, candidate engagement and project delivery within the not-for-profit sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of executive search assignments for Chief Executive, Director-level and Board appointments.

  • Conducting research and market mapping to identify potential candidates and provide insight into relevant talent pools.

  • Supporting candidate identification, approach and engagement throughout the search process.

  • Building positive relationships with candidates and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Preparing research materials, candidate information and supporting documentation for client meetings.

  • Coordinating interviews, meetings and key stages of the recruitment process.

  • Managing project administration and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Contributing ideas and insight to improve search processes and ways of working.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Experience in recruitment, research, project coordination or a similar fast-paced professional environment.

  • An intellectually curious approach and a willingness to learn.

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.

  • A genuine interest in leadership within the not-for-profit sector.

If you are passionate about working in a values-led, collaborative environment and helping to shape impactful leadership teams, we encourage you to apply.
