As the UK’s first recruitment agency to be accredited with B Corp status, a certification we’ve proudly held for 10 years, we meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Flexible, inclusive, and built around you
We work in a hybrid way, with most of us spending around two days a week in our Holborn office, though some of us enjoy being in more often! Wherever we’re based, we work as one team, supported by the right tools and tech. Meetings, learning and development sessions happen both in-person or online, and we often host social and wellbeing events across both too.
As a diverse team with different roles, interests and commitments, we offer a range of flexible working options and are always happy to talk about what works best for you.

Annual Leave
