
Student Wellbeing Advisor

Location: Central London, hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Contract: Temporary, until late July
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £21.92 per hour + holiday (circa £40,000 salaried equivalent)
Start Date: ASAP
Prospectus is delighted to be supporting our client, a prestigious higher education institution, in their search for a temporary Wellbeing Advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential advice and guidance on a range of student wellbeing matters
- Conduct triage conversations to assess needs and identify appropriate support pathways
- Signpost and refer students to internal and external support services
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with established protocols
- Advise on disability support and reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of case activity
- Work collaboratively with academic teams and professional services
- Contribute to service improvements, reporting and development of guidance materials
Requirements:
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar role within the higher education sector
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, empathetic, and discreet approach
